I would try to keep active by either spending time with friends or going to the gym. Oti'd do both.

The worst time after a break up is during the night. If you feel like crying and breaking down... just let yourself feel the pain. Breaking down helps with the healing process

  Even if you feel better for a short while, it all helps towards mending your heart.
