No there is no need for recreation because things happen between us is becouse of her/him so those memories can't be recreate and if we have to recreate the memories then they would not be our ex they would our life partner and with life partner we create more memories not recreate. But on the other hand it will depend on person also some wants back their ex in there life but mostly don't want that beacuse whatever you will do or make yourself good for them ultimately you will cross that road again where you will apart to eachother it's simple human nature that why people don't marry those person again whome they give divorce as simple as that.
