How do I get over my ex?

It’s been 2 month that I went no contact by changing my number on my ex boyfriend. How do I stop thinking of this man who treated me terrible? I need advice please.

Surround yourself with friends, redecorate your house/apartment, go out and get laid.
Time will pass, and so will your feelings fade.
It is normal.
Just don't sit home alone and dwell on it.

Focus on you. Try new things. I know a lady who took up something completely random as a hobby after she got divorced. Made her a better person.
