My ex and I dated for almost 2 years and then broke up in January, she wanted to get back together but I was adamant because of the fighting. We still talked with each other all the time and 2 weeks after she said she was going on a date. She said she wasn't really and then we continued to talk and hang until February when she said she went on a date with a guy that I know, we have mutual friends. Nothing came of that and we still hung out and talked and hooked up. She came over for Easter and we cuddled and I always kissed her goodbye. Then 3 weeks later I asked her to hangout and she said she was "seeing someone" she told me it was serious and told my mom they were taking things slow. So we have been broken up for 4 months but in my mind we were still kind of together. She said she moved on and told me to move on and I would find someone after I begged her to come back to me. This guy already met her family and her dying father and I asked if I can still come to the viewing and she said someone else would be there. She rubbed it in my face that this guy did things around the house that I still had to do. She said I'm still the best sex ever and she hasn't slept with him yet which I think is bullshit. They hangout every Sunday I think and have been liking each other's Instagram posts for months and the new guy and I shared her as a number 1 best friend on snap. I'm heartbroken and can't get her off of my mind especially the two of them being intimate. It's masochism what I'm doing but I can't help myself. Even if I block them I can't help but unblock them. I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks in general and this just messed me up totally. On 2 weeks of no contact and I can still barely eat and sleep but feel better after I lift. What is the situation with this new relationship and how can I move on and how long does it take. We talked about marriage and kids but I failed to commit bc of fighting. Thoughts? Advice? Will she come back?
