My boyfriend and I got into a huge argument over the phone. All I told him was if he wanted to break up with me just go ahead because things were getting worse and he would ignore me for absolutely no reason. It seemed like he wanted to break up but didn't want to be the one to do it. At first he was saying he was going through a hard time but he's been saying that for weeks. Before that he used to just say he was too busy for me.
For the longest, I felt the relationship was going to end but on his end. We broke up 5 times but still gotten back together. I was the one who broke us up all those times because of his odd behavior. This was early on in our relationship. Nothing difficult has been going on in our relationship but he isn't invested in the relationship as he used to be. I would overly complain to him about how he wasn't doing much for the relationship and he needs to improve. Nothing ever changed even though he agreed he would do better. Not sure what happened but for those past few months, he seemed over the relationship and sort of said it himself. Months of asking him that he needs to do this and that and he said okay but nothing ever changed.
After the argument I told him I was over it and told him goodbye. I blocked him for the rest of the day and night. I texted him in the afternoon the next day (yesterday) and my message was green. We both have iphones. I never got a text back and I tried again this morning, my messages are still green. I think this is for the better.
