Sounds like he is depressed. If you can talk to him more, and get him to open up, then you can figure things out.

Yes, actually I talk with him, he is really depressed...:( but he lets me to be in his life still and communicates with me, wants to see me

Well to make sure that it is safe to have sex with me cause now I think he is afraid of his feelings for me, he is single also , so like the only problem is that he is depressed and afraid to hurt me

Find out how he will hurt you, and then let him know how you feel about it. Find ways to work things out.
