I broke up with my ex 4 months ago. Today was the first time I signed up for a dating site in a long time. Is it normal not to be interested in dating after a break up? I find myself not interested in talking/being with anyone right now. I normally rush into another relationship but not this time. How long does it take to fully heal from a breakup?

Yes it is normal. Your old way is also normal. Granted your new way I find to be a bit more healthy is all. Don’t read into your taking your time as being something unusual. It isn’t remotely unusual.
