Why guys jump to other relationship fastly after break up when they are still hurting and angry?

To fill in a void and supposedly help them get over their previous partner. It’s unhealthy as they’re using someone to get over another person. Some people just don’t know how to deal with intense emotions healthily and tend to just suppress them

He is trying to make you jealous. In all honesty, he’s probably not even happy in the rebound relationship. If he was truly happy he wouldn’t feel the need to tell you that without being asked. If anything, focus on yourself, work on being a better you and someone worth awhile will come into your life

Because we are hurt and lonely and woukd like company. In general, we have realized a gaping hole 🕳 and have reassessed the situation sometimes regretting our relational decisions. At that time, we run to another often expressed as the rebound girl.
It is not just us though. Often the other party or EX does the exact same thing. Their is usually plenty of shared blame to go around. No one person is rarely solely responsible for the break-up
