Ex boyfriend gets married 7 months after our break up?

Just saw a Wedding Photo of my ex boyfriend and he's new wife on Facebook. 7 months after our break up. Married to some full on Asian chick who probably can't even speak English.

WTF?! I treated him really well and supported him when he was struggling. Only to have it thrown in my face like that. Just do not get it.

Is he specifically flaunting it, or are you cyberstalking your ex on FB?

Regardless of how well you treated him, some aspect of what you did freaked him out -- I'm NOT saying you did anything wrong, but that being with you probably symbolized a type of relationship he wasn't ready for yet.

Being married within 7 months does not mean what it used to. He might end up getting divorced -- for reasons similar to why he broke up with you.

I hate to say this, but he also may have been seeing (or getting to know) her while he was with you, so it's only looking sudden to you... Ever heard of the expression "The grass is greener on the other side..."?

Take him off your FB -- block him completely and don't look back.

So you're upset that he moved on with his life? Isn't that what people are supposed to do after a break up? I can understand why it would hurt that he'd get married so quickly but I don't see why you should think of it as being "thrown in your face." If you don't want to see stuff like that then don't be his friend on Facebook. My ex got married about 7 or 8 months after we broke up... Do I care? Hell no! I've moved on with my life too, what I have now is way better. I'm just glad to have him out of my life.

if he was doing it just to rub it in your face-he would just be dating her and posting pics of him and his GIRLFRIEND,he wouldn't marry her over something that stupid,he obviously loves her and you need to move on,just like him. you also need to defriend him

what exactly is the problem? that he got married so soon after you or that he is posting Facebook pictures of the wedding?

either way, it's a bit your fault for still having him on Facebook. if you don't want to see things like that, don't stay in contact with your ex.

Some guys are just a**holes. Unfortunately that's what it comes down to. However, the best revenge is a life well lived. Go out and enjoy yourself, meet someone new. Meet someone better.

And I'm sure if he tried to marry you within 7 months you would say yes as well.

Not everyone needs to waste years of their lives dating someone to know if they want to marry them.
