Need advice on recent breakup please?

Hey, broke up with my long-term fiance in may as he was not happy that a music page on tiktok messaged me to say hi. I replied to the music page saying im all good thanks but I stopped the conversation there.

My ex exploded over this saying I was keeping sneaky messages from him by doing that. I had a gut feeling that he was behaving like this out of guilt for whatever he was getting up to on tiktok behind my back.

We broke up and didn't speak. A week later he deleted me off his tiktok and added "single mum of 3" He was chatting away to her late at night on a live tiktok and even made a comment to his friend that he wanted sex. I was so hurt. We got back together a week later but it wasn't the same, he still kept in contact with her and her the same with him.. I messaged her to ask why she was continuously around him and he went mental at me, he even told me she's a lesbian. I just can't get past that he'd find my replacement after just one week so I felt like the relationship was over. We have broken up for good this time but I'm still quite hurt as we have a baby together. Have I overreacted or did the right thing by walking away.
