If my baby isn’t his then why is he telling me to abort it?

My ex got me pregnant and doesn’t want anything to Do with me or the baby. He’s been telling people it isn’t his. But he’s still begging me to abort it. If the baby isn’t his according to him why is he telling me to abort it

Because in the event it is his. He don't want a kid. If you abort it then he forsure won't have a kid. If you don't abort it it could, and probably is, his kid so he'll be either know as a guy who abandoned his kid or will have to pay child support which he probably doesn't want
