  It's false information lol People who act like something like this is a total cure-all that is guaranteed to work are wrong. And they are giving people who are hurting A LOT of false hope. That's not ok in my opinion. No contact doesn't make anyone come back. Nothing can. They either will or they won't. Going no contact doesn't matter.
