Is it normal to behave weird just after the breakup?

So she broke up with me Last Sunday, and not even a week passed, she started sharing happy posts (Not on Instagram but on other applications) because we don't follow each other on Instagram.
Plus I'm blocked everywhere partially.
I know dumpers have a relief stage but is it this soon? And how long does it last?
I'm in indefinite no contact but check the hello talk app with a fake account (Because my original account is also blocked by her there)... and just saw her post now and in deep pain again.

Sorry to hear your going through a break up, it's not easy all. But yes it tends to be a bit easier for the person to break up with the other even if they feel down about it. To me it sounds like she wasn't as emotionally invested in the relationship as you were. thats probably why she seems unbothered about the break up. I know it hurts, but I think you should delete your account so you won't be compelled to check in on her. It will just make the pain worse we for you so her having you blocked is good for you and not her. It will help you get over her quicker. Just take your time.. you will be okay.

Yes it is normal. And there's no telling when that imbalance will go away... and if others can detect it. It is best not to worry about it and move forward the best one can with life. And, I do not believe in illegal or psychotropic drugs because of a little pain...

We had a 3-year relationship. Everything was near perfect but arguments etc were there.
I'm often impatient, so I lately became a bit needy when she wasn't able to speak much because of her family etc. And internet problems in her country. Yes! It was an LDR and we've met twice this year... and she was planning to be here with me soon. So she asked for space couple times. I kept violating after 5-6 days. As she takes time to calm down, whilst I am short tempered and I calm more quickly. She tried everything to avoid argument but as u see, me not respecting her space all the time just came to a point I had a go at her. No foul language or swearing or insults, just common anger such as u don't care and that etc. So this led to her saying I'm selfish and blame me for everything but don't see any problem in u etc.
Selfish, insecure, frustrated constantly and so on.
So she first blocked me. Then she unblocked to say it's over and I won't hear from her again. Then blocked back. She didn't block me from everywhere but that's the situation. Just after the breakup (Sunday) she went on her regular old situation (I guess freedom) and started posting things (Which I only saw by fake account) as my original account is also blocked there.

I’ve not really had a LDR so I can’t relate fully to what you’re going through, however needing space for more than a few hours/days seems very excessive to me. I’ve never had a relationship where someone wanted 5 days away from me, so to me that sounds like an excuse. I also think your needs ain’t weren’t being met in this relationship because you sound like you need a lot more reassurance while she's very distant and likes her own space. Also her not taking any blame is very childish because she’s not seeing your side of the issues. Honestly I don’t think she’s a good match for you but there’s issues of your own you should sort out first (being needy/over attached other half). Right now you’re being blindsided by your emotions and feelings of loss, but from what you described it sounds like you’ve dodged a bullet and you’ll realise that in the future.

To answer your question.. behaving weird after a breakup? Depends on how hard the breakup is on her, if it’s hurt her deeply then she could be reacting out of emotion rather than think things through. It also wouldn’t surprise me that she would be at the relief stage so quickly but that’s because she has been thinking of breaking up with you for quite a while now and it’s not just because of your last argument.

Little bit of advice I would give you is to slowly ease out of stalking her social media. It will make things easier and it’s just too easy to pretend to be happy which will delay your healing process.

3 years of effort bro. Ain't thinking to give up that easily. Especially over misunderstandings etc. From my side, things are fixable. Unless she doesn't want to of course, moving on will be the last choice.
