Me and my ex split a while ago. He had to do what was right for him mentally. He said he still loves me deeply as a friend. I still love him... ?

... more than a friend and I will always love him no matter what anyone says. I'm finding everything so hard especially this time of year also. I have realised I'm not his type.. but there is not type in love I feel. And this is making it difficult as what have I not got that they have sort of feeling. It does make me feel worthless and not worth fighting for especially when the love we had was everything. Social media is a big ruiner in relationships especially Instagram and I hate that I compare myself and put myself down so much when I know they are all fake on there. Also I feel friends were put before everything. Friend's come and go but when you find love. Especially when someone loves you eternally for a lifetime it's so difficult to understand. I don't really know what I'm saying here but it just helped to type it down. 💔
