Do you think my ex still loves me even though he acts unbothered by the break up?

I broke up with my ex recently , I found out he cheated.. I told him I was moving on.. he blew my phone up that whole day but I didn’t pick up because he was only fixing to lie to me. Long story short .. i never called him back and we haven’t spoke in a month.. I heard that he was talking to some girl but I told the person who told me I didn’t care because me & him was done , it wasn’t my business.. so I found someone new.. we went on a 10 day vacation to Orlando Florida during Thanksgiving.. my ex added my new guy on Facebook , watches every single one of my new guy Facebook story snaps.. my new guy doesn’t know of my ex so he didn’t notice but when My new guy showed me all the videos & the picture of us on his fb snap.. my ex was a viewer.. I don't know what to think because it’s like.. he views all his fb stories now.. it’s like if you still have feelings why not tell me that instead of stalking my new guy social & acting like you moved on & is such a “player” now.. I’m really shocked he is stalking my new guy social because he has a big ego & lots of pride he would NEVER do nothing like that , now I’m wondering have he been stalking my social as well because mines is public.. I also was in town lastnight and I saw his cousin at the gas station.. we hugged & he went back to his car.. he sat for about 10 minutes the pulled off, then my ex mysteriously showed up at the same gas station.. he had to tell my ex I was there.. as much as I go to my hometown I don’t run into my ex at all... and I do still love him , it’s just I can’t be with him he lies to much but despite that I do miss him a lot because he was very affectionate, made me feel safe & was my shoulder.. but again he can’t be trusted.. I was just wondering what you guys thought about his actions , is his so called “tough” I moved on & I’m living the life right now all an act? .. like why are you my new guy fb friend? Why are you watching all the videos he post on his story? What exactly is he hoping to see

Well i think that he didn’t get over you he still has feelings for you although time had passed after the break up he didn’t had a closure yet and ur right not giving him the chance to express and explain what happened if your sure he cheated if this bothers u the way he’s acting than talk to him to see whats his problem but make sure than u won’t give him a chance to have a second chance just clear out the air between u two and just leave but I don’t recommend this you may fall in the ideas and the thoughts that forgiving him u must not get to that point he did hurt you a lot i’ve been in the same situation
