You might have a point there- MIGHT being the keyword. The sundering of a marriage is damaging enough in itself; if the further damage divorce did wasn't applied in a ludicrously one-sided fashion, it might actually apply.

Divorce is designed to rape whoever has more money. My aunt was a postal service Mgr making 120k a year. Her husband made like 45k. after 12 years of marriage he took half her shit. So slowly but surely the tides are changing.
