He said “u were cute but you left me for someone else and played me. We can have sex but can’t guarantee any feelings” when I saw him in person I said do you want to get back together and he said I need time to think, and I asked how long, he said 4 days. Do you think he intends on getting back with me

Seems unlikely. Maybe if you apologize. You know, there are other things to do on weekends besides responding to text messages. I ski. I don't respond to texts between 6AM and 8PM, and may not even check messages until Sunday evening. Unless we are dating exclusively, I communicate only enough to agree on the next meeting.
