Does my ex want to get back together?

My ex and I broke up about 1 and a half month ago, and things has been quite confusing. Sometimes my ex flirts with me or like teases me, I have no idea what to feel right now because I feel like he’s giving me mixed feelings. I’m not sure if he likes me or not and if he wants to get back together.

some of the example of the teasing;
- steals my stuff ( phone, beanie )
- messes my hair up
- tries to put my stuff up high so I can’t reach it so I would I have to jump to reach it

I did an experiment with my friends, I flirted with another guy in front of him and my friends said he got jealous and he started flirting with my best friend.
One of my best friend said that he likes me a little bit but he doesn’t want to get back together with me. I’m not sure if that’s true or not. Sometimes he’s rude and sometimes he’s really dry in our conversations. But sometimes he’s also very sweet and caring. What is going on?

However, I still like him a lot and I’m not sure what to do.
do you think he likes me and wants to get back together again? or does he want to play with my feelings?

You're 14 so you really are too young to be dating but since you asked, maybe he's just being playful. I am quite sure another 14 or 15 year old is not looking for anything other than a friend.

I mean aren’t you playing with his feelings? You are flirting with guys in front of his face regardless of your history together, so wouldn’t it make sense that he is trying to get back at you?

Well since I guess you guys broke up "like adults" he is still transitioning. Meaning he is going from the state of I like/love this girl to I finally forget her. It will take some time but ultimately he will stop then again there's some chance that he will try to get back with you along the way if he still trust you if not well he will go away
