Narc ex says I always fight with him?

My narc ex says u always fight and talk about the same things repeatedly but am I not right in saying if someone keeps bringing up the same stuff clearly they are not happy with something and want to resolve it?

And as for fighting this man ignores everything I say and if I even talk about myself I’m self centred?
I had to listen to two weeks of him saying he’s down because he’s sick of being on his own and wants a girlfriend.

I could say the exact same thing I’m self centred and don’t care that my ex is down
He’s just so horrible to deal with everything is his way or his say no matter what u do I just feel like

cutting ties because he makes me so miserable when I talk to him and it impacts my daily life
