I believe in complete separation and hard and firm No Contact rule. There is no other way than to totally severe all ties and this includes social media, sudden "anon" Insta or Facebook accounts type thing. Of course, removal from texting and email would have been immediately as would all her crap in a uhaul box in the yard for two days then to the curb.

I delete an ex a week after breaking up. Stops me reaching out when drunk, I don't want to be that person.
The exception would be my current OH. We have kids together so would be different, we'd have to communicate daily still

As soon as it was possible, yes. Blocked her, all friends I met after her, deleted all contacts/images/messages, the works. All digital references get 404'd. Done is done.

I cleverly avoided this problem by not having social media in the first place.
