How do you feel when you see your ex getting married after they treated you bad?

I laugh. Because I know they're going to do the same to thier spouse. A leopard doesn't change it's spots.

How do you know if they are sincere about that other person and only treated you bad. Just because they treated you bad doesn't mean they don't treat the other person like gold.

I assume that you have him blocked on every media form It sounds like you have not fully emotionally disconnected... like you are still in love with him. If that was me, this would make me sad... even if it was unhealthy relationship. I hope you are relieved bout this rather than heart broken.

I wouldn't know, as my exes' life after me is none of my business. Things didn't work out, happy trails. No reason to check up on them or anything.
