It can help to be a closing mechanism for some to find and gain closure they may feel better about having with supoort. or. wncouragement from others in a healthy and peaceful way to help move on to the next story in their life's journey and open up that space for some fun and exciting memories to be created with a new partner (s) in the future to look forward to and enjoy on the journey they are on.

I myself don't like airing out dirty laundry that is private between two individuals - could be seen as a form of bullying if people can identify through that who the individual being talked about is which may not feel very good for the other person (unless they are a danger physically to other future partners - then people should know about past abuse that may have occured publicly from that individual to unnamed victims as the one exception).

Usually most of the people are alone in their life although they live with their families but no one want to listen every one has a story but they don't have a listeners in this fast life. It is not easy to be with one person it makes an effort to be with it and people don't want to make effort.

Some people probably just need a safe place to vent where no one knows them or where they can go anonymous. Breaking up with someone doesn't always mean you don't have feelings for them anymore. sometimes its hard but the right thing. I could be wrong but that's what I reckon.

From experience I had to break up with my ex not because I didn’t love him anymore but because if I didn’t I would’ve lost too much of myself. Were together for 3 years, communicated my needs but he was selfish. Effort stopped from his end. All I asked for was 1 date a month and he couldn’t even do that. I was compromising too much of myself to make him happy that I had to walk away. Gave the relationship 6 months to improve and it didn’t. So that’s why people have to leave sometimes even when it’s hard.

I’ve never really talked about my ex. He’s a piece of shit. I do talk about my crush a lot though. But it’s more like people think what’s the best way to get over someone or stuff like that. It’s fairly easy if you don’t want to block them.
