Clarity on this ex relationship matter?

I recently blocked my ex on WhatsApp. But he hasn't blocked me on FB. But his current girlfriend (who might I Add is way older than me and even him) blocked me, then unblocked me and finally blocked me again. Why is that? Does she have a problem with me? She seems problematic and childish.

She might be unblocking to see your content and then reblocking when she has viewed what she wanted to? That is just a guess. She likely does have a problem with you (unwarranted) because of your ex. You never know what he is saying about you, whether true or not.

He certainly isn't going to make himself look bad, right? So, guess what? That means you are going to look bad. Yes, it is childish but that sort of nonsense happens. If it were me, I would just block the both of them and wash your hands of it.

He is an ex for a reason and no need to know what he is up to. By association, you can do the same with her. That just solves that problem right away if she is going to play those games.

I am personally not familiar with the first app you mention. I have heard of it but never used it. I assume blocking someone means they can not see what you are up to or contact you. That is what I would do.

Thank you. You're right. Sorry WhatsApp is a chat app of all your contacts. Blocked him there coz I didn't want the unnecessary headache of dealing with someone I left from cheating with this exact woman. I didn't really mind blocking him elsewhere coz I don't spend much time on the other apps (just WhatsApp) but then he messaged me on FB and deleted his message. We're not even friends. Of course I didn't bother replying. But then his new older girlfriend did that.
I guess you're right. I will still have to block these 2 clowns.

Are you really in that age group (30-35) and still using those social medias for kids?

Is the entire civilization really depending on those media to communicate?

It is a childish behavior to block anyone. What does it bring you to block someone?

"if you block me, I will block you". That sounds something that kindergarten kids would say to each other but not adults in their thirties. My goodness me! People, please grow up.

If your ex is not mature enough to avoid this childish game, then at least, you be the one to be mature.

And yes, she does have a problem since she is now the one that obeys to the orders of the ex and not longer you.

Does social media have an age range for you?😂 People are blocked to avoid certain things. I blocked my ex on the other application because he was still messaging me while he was with her. Simple. And I don't like drama. I like to solve things the right way. I never blocked them on the other applications coz like you said, it's childish. But then he inboxed me again and she threw some childish comment about me. If I had it my way, I'd face them and talk to them. But as cowards they would like to play this blocking and unblocking game.

I don't use those social media for a reason. I have a phone and if I want to communicate with someone, then I make a phone call. That avoids all kind of drama, and yes, I think that social media does have an age in my opinion. Also, why have 2 dozen different social media? I never understood the need and urge to be available 24/7.

Well no. This was my ex telling me about her controlling issues and telling him to block me when I have no beef with him. I ended it nicely with him. I'm not one for drama. I like to amicably solve the issue and move on, but she seems too complicated to even do so.

I don't think blocking is entirely immature. Depends on the reasons. But in their case it seemed immature to keep involving me in their drama.
