I was in relationship, I feel like the relationship was a priceless vase and I accidentally dropped the vase. Now my boyfriend is done with me with no way of getting him back. I now I need to move on now but this is so harsh. The pain feels over bearing. And I have so much regret for dropping the vase. I now it’s time to move on but this is extremely painful. I tried to distract myself but I’m still really sad. How do you deal with the pain of losing someone who is done with you, especially when you feel it’s your fault? I know I keep thinking about this but only because this person meant a lot to me and it’s extremely painful that he’s done with me as if I am nothing now. Please don’t leave comments like ‘move on’ or ‘it takes time’. I know it’s time to move on but this is still extremely painful.

I promise you when a man truly deeply loves a woman he won't let go off her and he will give you chance after chance.
The same applies for women. If you ever feel like someone can break up with you that easily and move on like nothing happened maybe they were just not a genuine person
The best thing you can do right now is pick up a new hobby and DISTRACT yourself as much as possible. The early stages are the hardest but remember there is a future you that is happy and over him. This too shall pass.
You will look back at this day and be grateful why things turned out the way they did
and remember that people will always make you feel like the monster in a situation so they dont have to take blame for their actions and the hurt they cause you
wish you light and happiness
Its not you falt if he's done with you actualy its he falt. Noone forced him to brake up with you. Normaly it take about two months to get over a break up take it one day at a time in two months you'll be fine.
Ok thank you. You comment is really helpful.
I know I can’t force someone to break up with me but I do feel my behavior cause his decision and that hurts a lot.
be patient with ysf and allow ysf to be sad, realize that if it was meant to be it wouldve been and hed forgave you, since he hasn't he is not for you and could never be
Thank you, your response has been a little more helpful than most. It’s hard to be easy on myself. But you’re right if it was meant to be it would have happened. :(
