Help how can I get my own phone bill account if I’m divorced? T-Mobile doesn’t want separate our phone bill?

I have no contact with that person. He don’t exist in my life. We called January the day we filed to divorce to separate our accounts & t mobile lied and they kept our account together under his name & debit card. Now it’s been months he hasn’t paid & my service will be disconnected. My bill is only $25 & his is more like $180 ish. No matter what I say t mobile doesn’t listen to me how I’m divorced & doesn’t want separate the account & even tho my name is primary on the account they treat him as the primary person & will demand his permission again but we have no contact with each other anymore. The divorce is still pending have not received anything at all in the mail too. I might need get new phone with sprint & trash this one I don't know.

Either pay it in full or swallow your pride and talk to him like an adult. Then have it cut.

Or you could not pay. I do not know the consequence of that though. Probably will be in your credit record, or phone company will use third party to collect loan, or both..

Do you have proof they lied? Or is it a possible mis-communication?

And why not call him instead of text? Just say the phone account is still active, you just need him to accompany you to fully pay it and disconnect it. After that, nothing else is needed.

You can't get a new phone with Sprint. Sprint doesn't exist anymore.

Tell them you're canceling the account and getting a new account with a phone company that has good customer service. I recommend Patriot Mobile.
