IPhone billing info issue?

This issue is liter about to make me switch back to android I paid for a service but I need an app to active iron my device. But my issue is I can’t download apps which are fee because apples is so stupid that they require you to have a payment method on file to make a purchase for something fee because that makes so much sense. Okay down I decide to put my card on file apparently they don’t take my fucking card okay fine again I’ll just link my PayPal since my card Is on there. Nope again since they don’t take that card you can process the PayPal okay so I add a different card. My cash app card is accepted for some stupid reason but now they are trying to make a charge on my account cause i supposedly have a balance that’s unpaid which I never made which makes no sense cause I had no money on my card at the time of purchases so how’d I even make them. Ask Apple ask them why there system is so stupid, I tried to pay for the purchase with my bank card but since they won’t take it I can’t pay for it to add my other card so that I can verify my payment method is I can download a free fucking app. Is this not the stupidest shit I do not understand why people like iPhones so much truly I don’t because this shits been nothing but a pain in the ass since I got it. I even used my bank card to buy a digital Apple gift card too add yo my account I guess since weren’t enough it can’t verify anything it’s literally shit city. Does anyone on gods almighty earth know how to get around the stupid verification payment.
