Does iMessage show up on my Sprint phone bill?

I need to know. There’s a particular person I’m not allowed to be texting and my parents can see my call log. They know her number. And I just need to know if they can see the numbers I text? I have an iPhone

iMessages don't show up on bills. iMessage is not the same as SMS, it's equivalent to WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or similar. You are not sending anything directly to the other person, you are sending data to Apple servers. So to your carrier it looks like normal data traffic, just like if you were browsing internet.

It's should not. I work for Sprint and I've never seen it show on a bill.

iMessage is a type of text messaging. I believe it still shows up.
