Dating someone that's on the spectrum is very taxing. Mentally, emotionally, time wise, etc... You're the opposite of easy going, and she probably just had enough. She obviously still cares about you as a person, just that it's hard for her to imagine a life with you.

P. s. anyone that says you don't get better is a flat out liar. Pushing a lie for ideological reasons, driven by their own personal issues. Gym, self improvement books, socializing, sunlight/fresh air, and more, will dramatically improve your ability to function in society and be successful with women.

Then she should be in jail. And she'll probably get worse over time, like most abusers do. If you have evidence, it might not be too late to get her charged. But just be aware that literally every abusive women will pretend to be the abuse victim, and potentially make false allegations, so just be cautious about it. Do you have a therapist you can talk with about it?

The thing is she has smacked me in the back of my head twice once because I was beating her a game and the 2nd time was due to my slow reaction time. Autistic people have slow reaction times. She kicks our dogs. The crate we have has a dent in it because she slammed one of the dogs on it

It's not appropriate, men and women can't be friends especially if there's sexual history. All "let's just be friends" means is that she's rejecting you while trying to make herself feel better about it.
