Like say you got married and quickly it turned sour and you no longer want to be married within months. Is there any benefit to wait a full year until being divorced? Like financial reasons or anything?
No, there isn't. If it's a mistake, end it as soon as possible. Quick divorces are pretty uncomplicated, as there is no joint property to divide. Move out if you can, find a lawyer and file.

Look up your state laws
Some U. S states require a separation period of a year, while others require marriage counseling.
Serious question: Did you learn ANYTHING from this?
The reason most places make you wait is so that you have time to ensure you've thought your decision through and also had time to try to work it out
Ofc if you divorce after year then you asked him money for using your hole for a year.
Nope.
