Yes, I've gone on with my life and he hasn't My sexuality ended our marriage and I have my girlfriend and he thinks we're still married despite he has a wife. He keeps asking me am I angry that we ended. I want him to go on with his life and let me live mimes. The only obligation we have is co-paremting, which is twice a month. He constantly creates drama or starts arguments overstepping boundaries.. he had the nerve to tell me he didn't want me moving where we moved. I told him he doesn't determine where I go with my life and who I incorporate in it romantic wise. My life is at peace since divorcing him.. but he can't stay focused on his marriage or current wife.

When my ex starts my paying my rent then he can dictate my life. My rent is over 1k a month and he's selfish - he wants things his way! He should control his current wife !

i'd contact your lawyer who helped you with the custody and tell them everything that he's saying. he is being very toxic and it's not a good environment. divorce is finalized and he's acting like a child. hope you can get full custody and just get the money from him to care for your child.
