Get a Good lawyer Firstly. You can Of course have your Own LLC But Still, In Other Legal Matters, He would Be Entitled to What is His on Whatever End. xxoo

no, you need an attorney for that to protect the business as your asset.
LLC is a business construct limited liability company-- means it protects the business owner from personal responsibility of business's debts or liabilities.

My thought on this would be to put your money in decentralized cryptocurrencies and away from the governments knowledge. Or put it offshore elsewhere. So your money can't be touched.
Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer, there are ways that you can structure the filings so that it would be harder for him to take anything substantially valuable from you.

The issue is that the company will be newly formed. Your ex could argue that its just a ploy to save assets from them and pierce the protection.
I still haven't got a clue what an LLC is!! First time I ever saw it was on a Cheap Trick album back in the late `80's or early `90's and, to this day, I STILL have no idea what it is!!
It can add a ring of protection but if the LLC was set up after the declaration of divorce the it can be disregarded in court
Best way is to set up the structure before marriage
