i tip myself by going to the restaurant to pick it up myself. no way am i spending extra money to get it delivered. the fees are ridiculous these days. plus it will probably end up being cold.

I would tip at least $4.00 and up to 15% of my order if it was expensive and up to 20% of my order if it is cheap.

Id tip the same as a restaurant, so 15%..
