I keep having dreams about my ex what do I do?

I keep having dreams about tigers and leopards chasing me.

Ever since 18, when the zoo was flooded and tigers run out in the city, I volunteered to help the families of victims and worked outside to help them and I heard tigers were out roaming in a city, even killing some people.

Ever since then every night after a stressful day, there’s a tiger chasing me. That’s usually at least once a year and maximum twice a year.

I am glad I no longer dream about my ex, I’d take a tiger dream over him any night.
