My ex still wears the watch I gave him?

I got my ex a watch when we were together. He likes watches. I saved up enough money to get him a good one. He always used to say anytime he wore it he'd think of me. He was proud of the watch when he showed his friends. Shortly after that we went long distance. 3 months into long distance it just became hard and we broke up. Now two months no contact I saw he was wearing the watch I got him in a pic. He also posted another pic I took of him from when we were together. Sometimes I think it means something but sometimes I remember how mean he was when we broke up. I miss him a lot I do want to reach out but I don't want to be rejected. From a guys perspective does this mean anything?

My ex also still wears the watch I bought him (that had a sweet loving message engraved on it) but I’m sure he only wears it bcs he likes the watch lol

It's not completely nothing.. but those signs aren't big enough to think he still got feelings/thinking about you or actually sending you a message.. if he really was , he would make a big gesture and make it much more obvious in my opinion...

not to be rude, but you said he likes watches. does he have any other watches that he wears? is this the only one he owns? but maybe he just really likes the watch.
