Why my ex still wears the watch I gave him on his birthday?

We broken up almost 2 years ago. But early this year, we followed each other on social media and talked to each other a little bit, here and there.

And then he posted his pictures while wearing the watch I gave him on his birthday.

What does this mean? Is it because the watch is cute, or does he remembers me somehow?

More than likely because he likes it. Men usually don’t attach emotional or sentimental value to objects like a lot of women do. If I’m still using it it’s because I like it. Not because I’m crying over an ex or reminiscing. Same w when I take you to a restaurant that my ex and I used to go to. It’s not cause I miss her, I want her back or something. It’s cause they have framing good food.

Truthfully? He likes the watch. Just because you break up, doesn't mean he will automatically junk the gifts you might have given. Especially something like a watch.
