If the man get's slightly shocked and reacts fast to loud noises? It's a coworker and he is a Vet
Yes that's a clear sign
I had an relative who acted the same way, he was a Vietnam vet
Also if you touched him while he was asleep he could almost kill you unknowingly
If this guy was anywhere near combat , then it's very likely that it's PTSD of some form

Perhaps so. I get spooked by anything more than a light tapping at the door, and practically jump out of my skin when my own mother starts talking when I’m not aware that she is standing near me. I had to deal with authority figures with white-hot tempers for most of my life.
Yeah, if it happens whenever there's any sort of loud noise then it's one of the possible signs. Vets have seen things that none of us can actually imagine.

Most likely. Doesn’t always mean his PTSD comes from being in the service. We have a lot of vets who have PTSD from things that occurred outside of the service. Do you have an idea of what his job in the military was?
It could be either PTSD or GAD. If he's a veteran that probably tips the scales in favour of PTSD. Also that would explain his reticence regarding his military career.
Yep it's a form of it, it can come in many forms in different people
If he's a vet and was on a mission then it's likely that he's suffering from PTSD
nah just surprised.
yes thats sign of PTSD
Yeah, that's a pretty classic sign of PTSD.
