If your mom was horrible to you would you divorce her if as an adult you could legaly divorce your mom?

Adult chuldren are notobligated to maintain a relationship or stay in contact with parents.

As an adult, you have no legal obligation to your parents, but you do have a right to inherit from them unless they have a last will and testament that specifies otherwise. So how would "divorcing" your parent accomplish anything?

If the best answer you can come up with to a dysfunctional relationship with your parents is to "divorce" them then you have way bigger issues to work out.

If you can't forgive them you can never move on and they control you by living rent free in your head.
