I cry dry tears because of the emptiness I feel. How my future was stolen from me. How my life became a waste ever since. It's anger, grief, and despair and knowing that I have no good future with what little time that I have left all mixed into one. I want to know why this happened and I never will.

Of course I had a girlfriend. That's why I got the broken heart that never mended. I moved on, but never recovered. Right now, her rat fucking bastard of a husband is living the life I dreamed of with her.

I have no children. After the girlfriend who broke my heart, years later, when I began dating again, I only dated women (2 women - that's it) who could no longer have children. Both women had hysterectomies. I got married at 38 and my wife had just turned 44. The girlfriend before her - which was 30 years ago - was 9 y 1 m older than me and, yes, had a hysterectomy.
