Do guys moved on easily from their ex?

My ex said I was number one for him, and said he trusted me more than anything else. But I was really reckless so he left me saying he was upset and tired since he was the only one making efforts into our relationship and said that I didn't even give time for him. He also said that I shouldn't date anyone if I don't wanna hurt them. So I kind of wonder if he moved on easily after our break up.

I can’t speak for all men. For me…. I make one hell of an effort to always please the girl I love. But if that isn’t appreciated or I get disrespected and can close that door and look for a new door to open. I don’t wast my time with someone that takes the 100% I give and only want more. I can’t please her so I move on and I don’t look back.
Might sound cold but if 100% of me isn’t enough I can’t do anything about that… I need to find someone who it is good enough for.
