He unfollowed me then posted a song about a woman, was it about me?

A guy I’ve been dating on and off for a couple years. When we first started dating he wasn’t being consistent and I got tired of it and we went our separate ways. Later, he tried to get me back and I was now in another relationship. That relationship didn’t work out so I finally took him back but he was upset I moved on so quickly.

We kept being on and off because he wasn’t being consistent still. Recently, he went out of town right after I seen him and I noticed he removed me on instagram. I told him about it and he said he didn’t mean to and tried to add me back but it “wasn’t working” bc the area he was in had poor service and he sent me his location. Yet he continued to post. One thing he posted was that he likes his bae clingy. I got upset because I felt he was lying and just lashed out over text. He got upset at me for getting upset then told me to move on.

he later posted, everyone acknowledges his music except the one person he wrote it for and he posted a song about a woman that left him and he wants her but he can’t commit. I thought if it was about me he would want me to see that and not tell me to move on.

i later messaged him a few days later apologizing for how angry I got and told him my feelings of him and he was still upset and told me to never talk to him again and that I don’t know what love is. Should I just assume that song wasn’t about me and move on?
