Question

We are seeing each other for one year.
I was following him on instagram. When instagram made a option about close friends on instagram story He put me in close friends.
He post sad songs, to see only close friends. He does't post sad song to see everyone.
We had a fight and I stopped following but we still saw each other.
When I didn't ollowed him he posted sad songs to instagram story to see everyone. When I started to follow him he started to post sad song to see only instagram close friends.
Now he doesn't post sad song that can everyone see, only ghs close friends. Coincidence?

Since you invite me to share my opinion, I'll be straightforward and direct. If I offend you, please take my words with a pinch of salt.

1) I think you two are very immature in your thoughts and emotions.

Why? Because instead of calling each other out and talk, you post in social media.

And then you start to wonder the meaning of those posts.

May I suggest you don't care about his social media posts and enter real life dates with him.

2) no one can tell what another person thinks, much less us here reading only your details, which is definitely not the full story.

Hence, learn the technique to communicate. Talk with each other, ask the questions you asks here and be honest with each other.

There is nothing wrong to tell him your feelings for him. And it's ok too to ask him how he feels about you.

3) do you love (or like) him? Does he love uoun return?

If yes, then pursue a closer relationship. Talk to him you want to commit and set boundaries, for now.

If no, then tell him and break off. You can still be platonic friends.

Hence, please know what you want. Then talk with him and see if he shares the same about you.

The closed/everyone switches might be because of you.
But sad songs, well, highly random.
It's just that he liked this song and wanted to share.
Or it can be, it's something he can relate to. So if you will listen you migh relate what he is feeling.
It also depends on the song.

The best thing would be, just go and ask, how he feels about that song. Choose a particular one. That will give you an insight.
