Possibly, but it could also be about someone else as well. Not saying that to douse your hopes but if you’re early into dating, there’s often the potential for others to be in the picture as well, which is fair until you two get more serious. I wouldn’t set expectations for at least the first 2 months.

It was like an hour after I left him he posted it but I get that it could’ve been he got home and gotten a text from someone else but there’s nothing wrong with a bit of wishful thinking as long as I apply logic when appropriate

Yeah, there’s different possibilities early in. Wishful thinking is absolutely fine, I mean that’s the best indication that you are starting to like someone and hope they feel the same. I guess my approach with dating is always a bit cautionary, at least until I don’t need to be. So with his post, he could’ve totally made that about you, but on the off chance that it’s not, I wouldn’t put too much behind it.
