I can't handle it. Its way too painful and too much for me. Its been a week of crying every single day, i can't even eat anything, and spend my day working, once reach home, even at 7pm, i will just immediately sleep till the next morning. Staying awake makes me think of him n cry harder

Unfortunately this grief is unavoidable when you really loved the person, but the good thing about it is that life goes on and you’re going to get through this.
In the meantime, try and keep things in perspective, like why you broke up in the first place and why this is for the better. When you’re missing him, ask yourself what exactly it is that you miss, and if there’s any way to achieve that on your own.
For example, there’s usually something substantial like he brought you out of your comfort zone or encouraged you to try new things, those would be things to try without him. Same for if he became your best friend, who was there before him, could you reconnect with or just hang out with that person in present time? Finding ways to cope with your grief and getting back to your life before him helps a lot.
You probably weren't emotionally healthy going into the relationship if you were that attached. Unless you guys were married and or had kids together.
