Me male 27 her female 34. is it over? or can her depression make her feel this way?

I believe everything that’s happening is causing her to fall out of love and feel how she is feeling
So me and my was fiance have been together for a year and we both live in North Carolina.
She has a 6 year old son who needs major medical treatment. She left for California back in march (temporarily) she is donating her stem cells and her kidney to basically save his life (and all this could fail if we are being honest) but when she first went out there we would FaceTime and talk and text a lot then she came back for a week her daughters father passed away so she has to deal with that. She is in a foreign state across the country away from everything she once knew. Her mom is out there with her and her father relapsesd on alcohol so her mom might be leaving her father. She has another son that lives her who has been causing hell for the rest of her family.
She is watching her son's hair fall out from chemo treatments and having seizures. She has stated many times that she is in a very very dark place and she is so very depressed and hates everyone and everything and is just in a very dark depression she is stuck in a hospital. She was suppose to be back home in September but now she doesn't know how much longer shells be out there she says even longer. And when I saw her pushing away I held on for life and would push and push her and us and she said that pushed her away and her extremely bad mental health and state of depression is hurting her as well. Should I take it as me and her are done forever or can depression and everything she is going through cause us to have a falling out and her to feel how she is feeling? Because I truly don't think our story is over! And for anyone that will say she's probably cheating she is literally stuck in a hospital in California she is not cheating she can't leave the hospital cause her sons immune system was wiped out from the chemo. I don't know what I should do please help!
