They are just moving on from you , they are acting like you don’t exist to them anymore , they might still have feelings for you , that they are trying to bury deep down inside , but for the most part yes they are over you and moving on from you best they can. An ex is an ex for a reason , If they were so great? They wouldn’t be an ex period.

It could be that or they’re being vindictive. It just depends on the context. If you did something really shitting including but not limited to cheating. Then yeah it’s safe to say that person is NOT a fan of you anymore.

If it’s just a relationship that wasn’t meant to be neither person is bad. It’s sort of immature I guess if someone tries talking to you. But like I said it all depends.

Maybe. Some people will say that avoiding you on purpose means they haven't moved on or trying to get a reaction out of you but I don't agree at all, it could just be as simple as they don't want to deal with/are annoyed by you.
