Will he come back again?

I’m currently in that moment of narcissist circle. My narcissist much younger than me I met at work actually I got him this job as he was on break from Univeristy due to some issues which I don’t know about until now. We were going out together and worked together (I gave him a job should be my assistant) he left me out of sudden stood up from my bed and left my aprt. I tried to reach out after 8 months but he didn’t reply to me my friend who knows him also tried to reconnect us but he said that for him this chapter is finished. And suddenly 1,5 year later in January this year I got his message and he started long message writing so beautiful like he misses me he is thinking about that he regret how it finished between that he wants us to good and that he didn’t respond to my message because he was seeing somebody. he talked on the phone with me for 3h we stayed in touch Later he came down to town for spring break and of course he reach out we slept together and he ghosted me again I sent him goodbye message. however he was still obsessively watching insta stories like literally each story for a couple of months even a day before I exposed him. I had some guts that he might be seeing this girl from his Uni and some game club. And few days ago I saw their picture together on this club profile. I messaged her saying what he did to me and I suspect he did it while he was starting with her I also sent her screenshot of his messages and his insta views. He blocked within few minutes later she blocked me and blocked game club profile. He didn’t block my number what’s app and LinkedIn though. Just want to say that he is at college graduating new year and she stays another 2 years and I’m living in his hometown. He studies in different state.
I also wanted to mention we had plan to get marry for certain circumstances. But his parents didn’t agree but he still wanted to go out with me. When we met he was 20 and I was 32
