Are no fault divorce laws morally correct?

No, but preventing no fault divorces entirely is also not morally correct. People need the freedom to leave. There is a necessary middleground that is needed to fix marriage that I'd say would work the best. You keep the right to no fault divorce but its a default win for your partner in court. So if she leaves he has to pay nothing and maybe she ends up having to pay him depending on the incomes / who gets the child. If he leaves he still has to support, etc. Under those terms i'd be eager to marry, in the current system where the man is screwed if she leaves trough no fault I don't want to marry.

In concept they are good, but as American women have shown, it brings out the worst in them and, in combination with our biased court system, leads to the condition we see today where women are almost single handedly destroying the institution of marriage. Half of marriages end in divorce, women file 80% of them and men get screwed in divorce court and child custody. It's not sustainable. Marriage will be a thing of the past in another decade or two unless something changes, either the legal system, or women's nature. I'm not optimistic about the latter, but with the new administration it's possible we may see some positive changes in laws and the courts.
