Should no fault divorce be legal?

With dating apps, and liberal divorce laws, have relationships really become easier? Especially in the US, if prostitution illegal basically throughout the country, and abortion is illegal in a lot of the country, why would the US have the most liberal divorce laws in the world? Despite what family lawyers say, children do much worse in divorced households, much less successful, and more likely to end up on drugs especially sons (male children) from the destroyed marriages.

Yes. Making it illegal doesn't fix marriages, it dooms them to go on until it gets fucked up bad enough that someone can prove the other is at fault. Yes it would be better if nobody ever needed to divorce, but mistakes happen. It's better for the child if the marriage can end on good terms instead of being dragged on until it gets very bad.

Some people abuse the system, but that happens either way. It's safer for everyone for people to get divorced easier and maybe get divorced unnecessarily —rather than not be able to get divorced when it is necessary.

If you want marriage you can't have no-fault divorce. Its one or the other.

Marrage is either a commitment for the sake of a 3rd party (common children) or its just for yourself and thus nothing more than a friendship.

People who believe marriage is about their feelings are not and never were actually married.

To that end divorce cannot be something you just do without a reason and someone to blame. You don't simply "grow apart" from a commitment like that.
