I wouldn’t say it’s moral simply because you shouldn’t be getting married unless you are sure that’s who you want. You date to marry after all so why would you allow yourself to get married to anyone you can’t see yourself with for the rest of your life? Who you marry is important and affects so much in your life.

I don't know about morally correct but I am sure that the courts don't want to judge and don't care who's at fault. They are already overwhelmed with the cases they have now.

wrongful theft of assets, alimony, child support etc. shouldn't be allowed
