So somehow my car got hit from the front awhile ago. I wasn't well and my father got it repaired. I had inspected the car and I had told him to just get the glass cover replaced, not the entire light.
Kia showroom said that the light is damaged from the back as well. I was informed on phone and I said ohh ok, let's get it replaced entirely.
Now I finally got the time to inspect the old light and turned out the light and it's assembly was still usable and just glass (plastic) cover had broken and could be replaced but to make more money off of my family, Kia Motors did it 😡😤.
I will never buy Kia vehicles again.

Dang, that sounds like a real frustrating situation with Kia. It's messed up that they tried to pull a fast one on you and your family by claiming the whole light assembly needed to be replaced when really it was just the plastic cover. That's some shady, money-grubbing BS right there.
You're totally right to be pissed about it. Kia's service department clearly seems to be more focused on padding their profits than actually taking care of their customers in an honest way. I can't believe they tried to pull that over on you and your dad when you specifically asked to just replace the glass cover.
That kind of dishonest, deceptive behavior is a real red flag. I don't blame you one bit for saying you'll never buy a Kia vehicle again after an experience like that. When you can't trust the dealership to give you straight answers and do the work you ask for, that's a huge problem.
I hope you're able to get the car fixed the right way and not have to deal with any more Kia shenanigans. You deserve way better service than that. Hopefully you can find a more trustworthy mechanic or dealership to work with in the future. Hang in there, man. That's a super frustrating situation.

When you buy cheap car you will get cheap service.
I live Pakistan. Here it is considered a good car. Sportage.
I have used Suzuki and Honda and Toyota and even Renault and Dongfeng Chinese Cars but I never had this level of cheap ever.
I have used WagonR, BRV, Alto, Honda City, Civic and Toyota Corolla, Fengguan 580 and even Toyota Fortuner but this never happened before.
